− There is ongoing construction of a new tall apartment directly beside the Terra condos that has obscured the view from both the room and the rooftop pool. The photos in the accommodations listing are no longer accurate.

Great Location but not recommended for long stays

− The construction next to the building, dogs barking all the time, furniture requires to be cleaned and host was advised directly, lack of basics (no toaster). Could be ok for one night, not recommended for a long stay
Beautiful, spacious condo with helpful host
9.0Beautiful spacious condo that was located just outside the tourist zone. Quiet and peaceful at night, but close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. Our host Lorena bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. She was easily reachable via WhatsApp and helped us book a few day excursions for us at very reasonable prices. Beautiful view from the rooftop patio.
− Active construction going on right in front, I think they are building another condo. Work was always finished by about 5 or 6pm, so it did not interfere with our evenings.

− Difficulty in finding the place. Having to take a dirt / sandy road. The apartment was right next door to a construction site. The accommodations were very basic.
