Good base for a group of mates going to Uttoxeter races. Plenty of room though furniture a little sparse.

− Cold on arrival and not sure what the timing settings were as we needed to use the boost a few times, it is November… The WiFi code we were sent was incorrect so we had to find it from the router, beds a little firm.
Great stay. Would stay again.

Beautiful quiet home from home.
