Aprtman se nalazi na izuzetnoj lokaciji, a s obzirom da je u strogom centru osim umjerene muzike iz kafića, zvučno je stan dobro izolovan. Dobro je opremljen svim potrebnim stvarima i za duži boravak.

− U neposrednoj blizini su kafane i kafići sa glasnom muzikom uživo. Nama nije mnogo smetalo ali nije za osobe koje imaju lak san.
