Expensive and dissapointed

Like the location. 15 minute walk into city centre. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you required. Plenty of spare blankets and pillows. Bedrooms good size.

− Where to start. Firstly the pool was unavailable while we were there.This is the main reason we booked here. The listing didn't say anything regards the pool being closed and unfortunately when we brought up that we booked this specifically for the pool use we were told to use the public pools down the road. Not happy to pay a premium rate ($410) per night and not have access to the pool. Very dissapointed with communication from listing manager who after telling us to use a public pool then wouldnt respond to our messages. Still have not heard from her. Be aware that it is a ground floor apartment with units above × 2. Can be very noisy at night with people above banging and you hear their water running and toilets flushing which was frustrating. Overall clean apartment. The washing machine was very dirty inside. Was unable to operate the dryer side of the machine as there were no instructions or manual available. A Google search also failed to find instructions. Would we stay again. No.

The motel is conveniently located and easily accessible. The contactless check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were responsive and acted promptly when we reported a drawer that fell off because it had not been properly secured. Their quick attention to the issue was appreciated.

− I was not informed that the swimming pool would be closed when I made my booking. One of the main reasons I chose this accommodation was the indoor swimming pool for my children. I was only advised that the pool would be closed one day before our check-in date, which was disappointing as it significantly affected our plans and the value of our stay. Had I been informed of this closure before booking, I may have considered alternative accommodation.

− The basement car park was tricky to get in and out of and it scraped the bottom of my vehicle so I just used to visitors parking instead which wasn’t too bad.

Close to town and spacious

Let down misleading add no heated swimming pool days also 2 pools there is not only one freezing one

It's very misleading with the add only reason I picked this place was because it had a heated indoor pool,it was not heated was freezing so feel I was ripped off I would not of stayed and payed that much had I known

− The fact the pool was freezing unswumable the fact I paid a lot for a place that had no pool there were many other options however I picked this property for thsoul purpose of A swimming pool
