Poorly maintained townhouse in nice notting hill location
6.0Good location, did have three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Owners responsive to our reports of faulty and broken items.
− It’s clearly been through a lot - scuffed walls and stained carpeting. Blocked drain in one shower, wobbly faucet in bathroom, faucet in kitchen with knob falling off, linens not changed on one of the beds. AC only in the main room. The others had standup fans. We were there during a heat wave and so needed to keep the windows open. Very noisy outside and still quite hot.
Very pleasant. The location and the general vibe of the apartment were perfect!!!
9.0The location, the big and comfortable rooms and the bathrooms. Also it was very clean and sunny from the large windows.
− We were missing a few items, such as bedside lamps (not available in each bedroom) and maybe a few more accessories in the kitchen (kitchen paper, a good knife…). Also maybe a toothbrush holder for the bathroom.

Wonderful stay in a clean and neat apartment with fantastic facilities and location.
10.0The property was fantastic. It was clean, neat and had all of the appropriate facilities. The location is ideal. I would absolutely stay here again.
− The toiletries could have been slightly better.

− No microwave. Kitchen could have been cleaner. Counter was not wiped down under the coffee maker and had not been done so in some time.
