Die Wohnung ist die untere von zwei Wohnungen in einem sehr hübschen Landhaus. Der Vermieter hatte sich viel Mühe gegeben einen herzlichen Empfang zu bereiten. Ein Grundstock in der Küche war vorhanden und Frühstückszutaten standen bereit. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings fehlte die angekündigte Kaffemaschine. Das Bett war bequem. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und das Bad war großzügig. Auf beiden Etagen (EG Schlafzimmer und UG Küche Wohnraum und 'Weinkeller'), gab es eine Klimaanlage. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Die Lage zwischen Verona und Gardasee war sehr gut. Alles war in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze waren in einigen Metern ausreichend vorhanden.

− Die Wohnung roch sehr modrig und alle Ablageflächen der Möbel klebten unangenehm (wahrscheinlich durch die Lackierung). Es gab keine gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeit im Wohnraum und keine Möglichkeit aus dem Fenster zu sehen im UG. Es war hellhörig und die Wohnung lag direkt an der Straße. Leider konnte man nicht draußen sitzen oder die Wäsche draußen trocknen. Den Ortskern erreicht man in ca. 10 Gehminuten bergab, was für uns aber völlig in Ordnung war. Wir wären insgesamt gern positiver, aber es ist aus unserer Sicht wichtig zu wissen, auf was man sich einlässt, wenn man seinen Urlaub hier verbringt. Für drei Übernachtungen war es okay und man spürte die Bemühungen eine schöne Unterkunft zu bieten, aber eine längere Verweildauer käme für uns nicht in Frage.
