very bad business!
1.0− I made my reservation two weeks in advance! and on the day arrived at the hotel, I was told that they didn't have my conformation number for my reservation! but I was sent a number and I even requested a early check in. The owner claimed that she was trying to contact me for days about the reservation, which was a lie. I made the reservation through booking.com. after all that had the nerve to pawn me off to one of her friends apartment with no wifi or water pressure.
