− La falta de menaje de la cocina, el lugar donde estaba la lavadora, la taza del wc y la mampara de la ducha
Villagarcia tiene mucho ambiente y el piso esta bien ubicado

− El sofá estaba lleno de manchas y las sabanas también, es una pena porque el resto del piso esta bien. Pero eso le resta mucho valor.
