Avoid!! Steep stairs, poor condition, poor communication.

Centrally located.

− The apartment is on the third floor without a lift. This was disclosed. What they don’t disclose is that the stairs are massive and incredibly steep. I complained given I was staying with my young children and 73 year old mother. They offered to get someone to help us get our bags downstairs when we left. Despite texts and calls with a promise to come within 10 mins no one came. Also - the apartment was in very poor condition. The sofa in the lounge was falling apart with cushions unable to be zipped. We were left to fit our own sheets which were left in a bunch on the floor. Also random guy turned up and started photographing the apartment while my kids were on the toilet. My mum chased him out. I was doing luggage trips and nearly died. AVOID!!!

Les escaliers pas de trois étages mais beaucoup plus et les coût de nettoyage de 125€!????? Et le prix de service de bagage 35€ par personne et une fois - les extras excessifs

The location is excellent, so close to all attractions and amazing restaurants. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Lovely to have the roof terrace to sit out on. Staff were very helpful when we had questions or issues.

− Better quality towels or more of them. We had to ask for clean towels and staff provided them no problem. An information boo would be good, we had to message and ask where the plates and bowls were. In the cupboard under the tv, not somewhere we would ever have looked. No tea towel either but there is a dishwasher. There are a lot of stars but we knew that before we came so not an issue.
