It’s clean and just as spacious as it looks in the pictures. The cleaning products for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry were well stocked.

− The parking situation can be an absolute mess if someone is already in the designated parking spot. My advice is to call the towing company number posted on the wall near the building entrance from the parking lot. Don’t be nice and spare someone’s car being towed, because no one will spare you the same.

Very spacious, bright and clean. Amenities are great! Hans was a great host. The staff are very very helpful and supportive. He even helped us with the flood situation we had.

− The room was for 5-6 people which is a lot for the place only having 1 bathroom so it’s pretty inconvenient. This is just personal preference but we didn’t like the canabis smell.

On the positive side, the property is clean, relatively safe, and conveniently located near the PEN Station.

− The place was noisy, as if the windows were open even when they were closed. There is a food smell coming through the walls, which the owner tries to mask using electrical scent generators. I asked for an extra bed, but it was not provided, my son had to sleep on a couch that is not a bed ( he is 6 feet 2) . When cars pass by, especially those with loud mufflers, the noise is clearly audible inside the building due to the lack of sound-insulated windows.
