3.0La temperatura de la piscina estaba muy helada, dijeron que no podía sobrepasar la temperatura que había porque era solamente agua temperada, he visitado otros hoteles de caja los Andes y es el primero que ocurre esto, intentamos disfrutar aún así de la piscina y pusieron una clase con muchas personas sin importar que nosotros estábamos en zona de relajación, hacer ejercicio con música fuerte, por lo que tuvimos que salir arrancando de la piscina. El desayuno era muy pobre, y no tenía nada de variedad, el resto todo bien
− Lo que no me gustó, fue la temperatura del agua muy helada, no se le puede llamar temperada eso menos en invierno y cuando uno va con fines de descanso de relajación y tampoco me gustó para nada que me tirar una clase de piscina justo en el horario cuando los huéspedes están disfrutando de ella, por último, deberían tener indicadas o publicados los horarios de clase de piscina para que los huéspedes no vayan.

1.0Nada, no funcionaba la piscina no funciona el spa hacen clases gente anexa al hotel lo arriendan sus instalaciones y no tiene restoran
− Todo el trato del ñersonal malo no explican nada es como que están acostumbrados a las críticas
