The flat's interior is fully renovated and very well equipped, in general.

− Gina (or whoever was the lady answering our calls), is very polite and pleasant!...-:) However, during our first call, either willingly or not, she implied that the establishment is a single house with a garden, whereas in reality, it's the semi-ground floor (you climb 5 stairs) at the back side of an old residential building, on the uncovered space of it. This back side area of the building, has 3 trees and the ground is soil, thus, the letting passes as a "house with a big terrace, on a garden". However, the sad reality is that both this "garden" and the terrace are unusable, because no matter where you stand, there's a distinct, very heavy stench of diesel, the type used in old residential buildings for operating the central heating (had diesel burners). The stench was so thick and heavy that during the first night, when we had left the windows open (we don't like A/C, especially during our night sleep), I woke up disgusted, around 4:30, to close all the windows and put on the A/C, so that potentially, we could possibly sleep in a clean-air environment. Moreover, the bed was constantly creaking like hell every time I was moving or turning on it, the water-flash button went off duty just by pressing it a little deeper and had to repair it myself (return it to normal position) and the bath towels were only a set of (1) small + (1) big towel per person!... ....I know that's supposed to be "hotel standard", but this standard is met in 3* hotels and below.... ....and a price tag of 85€/night, does not match with a 3* (or lower) hotel, even in the very busy summer Attica!... So, in a nutshell, we used the letting for as long as we were there, necessarily only for our night sleep, fully enclosed in it, with the A/C on our heads. NOTHING more!.... To close the story, last night a black cockroach of approx. 4.5cm was waiting for us at the front door and when we arrived, she vanished towards the...

Τα πάντα! Τα παιδιά μου έμειναν και ήταν πολύ όμορφο το διαμέρισμα.Μεχρι και κουλουράκια τους είχε!Πεντακαθαρο,με όλα τα απαραίτητα και σε ωραία περιοχή.Οσο για την οικοδέσποινα,ένας υπέροχος άνθρωπος,γελαστή,εξυπηρετική.Γεωργια μου,χίλια ευχαριστώ για την φιλοξενία, ελπίζω κι εγώ να σε γνωρίσω από κοντά!Φιλιά από Θεσσαλονίκη!

Comfortable, quiet, good facilities

Easy check in by Gina's son, fairly easy to find car parking. Lovely and clean, great kitchen, comfortable bed. Super big balcony in a very peaceful area. Would recommend. We were delighted to find that there was a carwash right round the corner. Thanks, Gina

− The only thing we found difficult was that you had to wait 50 minutes for the water heater to warm up before you could have a shower. So, if you needed to check out early, you'd have to get up extra early (which we did!).
