I called the inn, but I couldn't get in touch with the voicemail, so it's the worst.

After paying online, I received an email saying that I could scan my ID card and send it, and opened the door of the inn by myself with a padlock with the password sent. I didn't book Airbnb. If it's an Airbnb-type inn, I want you to post it first. I made a reservation after checking the surrounding environment, but when I went there, the security was not good. It's scary to take out the ID card from the back in front of the inn. I looked for a coffee shop to get my ID card, but I can't find it. The accommodation fee for two nights was not refunded.

Location to what we were there for. Video game was cool.

Narrow and very steep stairs. Also the crazy top landing at 3rd floor rooms. The fact that we were booked and they were well aware we were coming but yet on a 92° day the air was turned off and the house was 85° when we got there. It never in the two nights we stay there below 75° and, the third floor was more like 78° at its lowest. One oscillating tower fan to be shared between two rooms on the third floor?? Are you serious? I guess window air conditioners must be that expensive that you can’t put them in up there on the third floor. The central air never makes it all the way up there and we felt nothing coming out of the vents. The second floor bedroom at least had a window AC. But I’m not going to put three 6’ plus guys in one bed. And as far as the beds go they are horrible to sleep on and very uncomfortable. Let’s not even get into the crazy rules and relentless messages that you get reminding you of those rules. It’s very insulting actually reminding me how to behave like a civilized person. And not to leave food out and leftover for the housekeepers to take care of. And how to turn a door knob, etc. etc. etc.. The whole experience was unpleasant and let’s not forget about the soft floor and the major tripping hazard going from the little TV/living room area into the kitchen. I guess on the bright side there was a nice icemaker there so one star for that at least. Also, you may want to put it in your ad that you need driver licenses/IDs along with deposits for damages, which may I add they jam down your throat at least four different occasions throughout my stay. I’m sorry, but you guys can do much better than this and For the price of the house it really wasn’t worth it. Location was the only thing you had going for you.

it was very clean. water was hot and shower was nice and clean.

the entrance and some safety. stay was good but tuff. entrance was not safe or easy to walk through. low and lower ceiling levels. desk underneath lower ceiling. bathroom entrance facing lower ceiling head threat. if I could have gotten a refund due to not knowing safety of entrance having a serious hernia that I am having surgery on April 11. location wasn’t as expected. the floor was very unleveled-and dippy as if it had potholes or ruff basement floor underneath carpet(may cause tripping hazard) the main door and only way out has many locks, but door has glass window and takes part of the security away. the unit was very clean. An A+ for cleaning. contact was through text, but was very responsive. you have no control over heat or cooling other than asking them to adjust room temperature via text message. they sent me a message about smoking in doors, strict policy, but in text they stated that if you smoke outside doors and is device show’s smoking off your clothes, they would be a fine. they can see you smoking outside, spoke with my lawyer and you could fight this, because you smoked outside, on camera. their policy is indoors only. that’s a form of bullying. someone could walk by smoking with the door open and same concept with smoke and clothes. not for me or my experience. being a facility Manager and Safety Manager. we take if priorities in safety and security. true photos helps.
