4.0Very dirty. Nothing like the pics. Avoid at any cost.
− Everything. It was a dirty place, extremely dirty. Nothing to like.
Cheap but not cheerful
2.0Low cost. Good location. Quiet garden with good seating.
− Smelly room. Dirty mattress. Dusty pillows. Used sheets. Kitchen had no cutlery. Washing maching didn't work (this explains the used bed sheets). Impatient owner bothering me to leave an hour before my official check out time (9am). Uncomfortable atmosphere with the other occupants. I assume they are long term tenants and don't appreciate their accommodation being used on booking.com

− Gemeinschaftsküche wird von Langzeitmietern nicht so gepflegt, Duschen passabel, WC am Eingang nicht so richtig eingestellt sowie Badewanne / Dusche Bettwäsche könnte sauberer sein, sowie im Flur jeder Etage könnte Mülleimer stehen

5.0Exactly what you pay for. perfect location for legoland and Thorpe Park. Nice and quite. room was clean. Easy to access
− Room was very basic. Sadly the staff woke me and asked me to leave an hour before check out then hung around waiting for me to leave. I personally found this quite rude.
The property was cheap, but filthy. Bed was decent and location was perfect for what I needed it for

− The bathroom in the room I was staying in was FILTHY. Dust and pubic hairs all over the floor and surfaces. There was no parking on the driveway outside, which was fine as there are no parking restrictions on the road. I think that the parking was taken by some longer term residents.
