− 1. No hot water in geyser . Escalated and nothing got resolved , till we barged into reception after waiting for 40 mnts ... 2. Torn towel, and that too.only 1 towel when 2 people have checked in 3. No bathroom mat , to clean wet feet 4. NO ELECTRICITY FOR 40 MNTS IN MORNING , NOW POWER BACK UP !
