Visited as a place to stay for our family visit to Goodwood FOS and we werent disappointed, our original booking cancelled us 9 days before we were due to go, so we booked sompting last minute and im so pleased the original booking cancelled this place was a little gem. Everything was so clean, lovely welcome gift basket was a nice touch. Milk in the fridge, coffee machine, towels lovely and soft, court yard had table and chairs, trying to pick things out but tbh the whole experience was exceptional highly recommended. Will definitely go back.

Lovely rental and worth every penny

Everytime we've stayed it's always very clean and theres a welcome basket. Back garden is very quiet, good to relax in after a good night's sleep

− If I had any criticism, it would be purely that I personally would prefer a washer to a dish washer but that's being highly critical as I dont have a dish washer at home

Great place - ideal for access into Brighton - train station 7 mins drive. Very clean. Indian restaurant next door smelt delicious - unfortunately we weren't able to try it out. Highly recommend this property

− Busy road (daytime only) need to be careful coming out of the drive

Super property, excellent hosts, spotlessly clean and comfortable.

The hosts couldn't have been more helpful. A lovely bright property with large windows and an outside courtyard. We were welcomed with a hamper of goodies and even a bottle of Prosecco! Milk was already in the fridge and tea/ coffee, sugar was also provided. The kitchen had everything we needed, good frying pans and everything was spotless. Even though my family visited in Oct/Nov, we were always warm. The smart TV was brilliant, in fact, I think I need to buy one similar for my own home! Upstairs was again spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable having lovely high quality linen and the bathroom had towels and soap provided. We very much enjoyed our weekend stay and would definitely return again.

− Personally, I would have liked to have a traditional oven, but the microwave/oven combi was absolutely fine for a short stay. This certainly wouldn't stop me staying at the property again.
