Não existia aquecimento central no local, como informado nas descrições. O aquecimento era por aquecedor elétrico, o qual não podíamos ligar todos alto pois o quadro vinha abaixo. A cozinha teve entupimento do lavatorio, onde houve vazamento do esgoto pela cozinha toda. De resto o local era bom para passar alguns dias de descanso. Em um dos quartos do lado de fora, em cima da cozinha a casa de banho não possuía porta e existia um vidro onde era possível ver a outra pessoa na sanita e tomando banho, não achei que era muito bom está disposição.
