Spacious. Relaxed conservatory Good clear communication with hosts.

− Cupboards/draws and some wardrobes cluttered. Felt to me as though the owners had vacated the property for the short time that we were staying. Oven dirty and oven hood/ fan very greasy. Expensive for what it was. No starter pack provided

Spacious and homely with everything 2 families spending precious time together could desire. Cosy rooms for games evenings and large, bright and airy dining conservatory for long breakfasts. A treasure of a home!

Beautiful hideaway

Good layout, plenty of space and seating for our large group - 7 adults and 2 dogs. Beautiful location in a quiet village, with a lovely little dog walk, short drive to the beach and nearest town (Fakenham) if you needed anything. Nick and Sara are fantastic hosts and always available to help if you have any questions or queries.
