La ubicación.

− El ascensor muy poco seguro. El tamaño del acceso a la vivienda es muy reducido. Alojamiento para dormir y desayunar, cocina prácticamente inexistente. La zona de estar incomodísima. Los colchones necesitan recambio. Demasiadas instrucciones y recomendaciones para tan poco piso.
