Great and quiet home close to Disney World

Very nice home with everything you need for a relaxing holiday (especially the kitchen ist very well equipped). The house is located close to Disney World and Universal so you can easily spend the day there and return to a quiet neighborhood in the evening which was awesome since we were travelling with a 6 month old baby. Also Sharon ist super helpful and attentive in case there are any questions. We would definitely book it again for a future stay :)

Fantastic owner but couldn’t feel comfortable there.

It’s closeness to all the facilities in the area shops etc.

− The owner was fantastic letting us book in early but for us it was too cluttered. Every room had loads of trinkets wall hanging objects and so much everywhere that you were worried you could break something. To sit in the sofa you needed to remove 7 cushions the same with the main bedroom. It’s a home not a holiday rental, yes all the facilities were ok but it was too much for us.

Lovely little haven from Hurricane Milton

The home was clean and well appointed, with all the necessities plus a good game selection, a picnic pack, a grill, and a pool bag (for the pool, just down the block), and a screened-in lanai. The towels were huge and fluffy and my kids loved the coral reef-themed bathroom. It's a modest-sized house but more than enough for our family of four. Sharon, the owner, was super nice and responsive, and very accommodating of us and our two small dogs as we were there to evacuate from Hurricane Milton and came at the last minute. We are so grateful to her for sharing this lovely little home with us.

− Someone else nearby had a large dog using the bathroom in the yard and never picked up after it. There were multiple large waste piles, including two right in front of the front door on our first morning. Not the owners' fault at all, though! We can't control our neighbors, unfortunately.
