7.0− Wäschepaket wurde bestellt & bezahlt, es war keine Wäsche vorhanden, das Personal gab mir ein Notwendiges Wäscheangebot, wo die Hälfte natürlich nicht mit drin war , wie gesagt im Vorfeld aber schon alles bezahlt. Als Notlösung werden Gäste nach Sassnitz geschickt, wo man sich selber das Wäschepaket wohl abholen darf . Am Telefon gibt es fleißige Mitwirkende Mitarbeiter & auch eher Mitarbeiter die still sind & einen sagen ich kann ihnen nicht behilflich sein , wenn man dran bleibt und hartnäckig ist , bekommt man am späten Nachmittag die Möglichkeit die fleißigen und mitwirkenden Mitarbeiter zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr staubig und dreckig, es wurde vorher wohl eine Weile nichts gereinigt, das Bett( die Matratze ) war voller Urinflecken , so das sich durch diesen unschönen Geruch & Anblick, das schlafen im Bett erledigt hatte . Es wird zwar geschrieben, wenn es Probleme gibt , ruft an , Aber es wird einen nicht wirklich geholfen.

10.0Ein sehr schöne Wohnung mit geschmackvoller und stimmiger Einrichtung. Es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt, von Geschirr und Besteck bis hin zu Kochutensilien. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

9.0Komfortowy apartament w cichym miejscu, bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, szczególnie atrakcyjny dla osób uprawiających turystykę rowerową.
− Na terenie ośrodka brak dodatkowego pomieszczenia na rowery. Za pościel nie powinna być pobierana dodatkowa opłata. Brak suszarki do włosów.
