Fantastic basement apartment would definitely stay again!

The property was just as it was pictured in the photos. It was completely brand new and updated very spacious and super clean.

− The only item people may want to know is there is a small but very steep set of stairs required to get in and out of the location as it is a basement apartment.

This is a beautifully landscaped property in a very quiet neighborhood. The suite is fairly accessible and parking is convenient.

− The entry stairs were a little challenging as they are steep but they are well lit and there is a secure handrail. I would have liked a safety railing in the shower but it was perfect otherwise.

The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Very spacious. Everything we needed was there. The king size bed was very comfortable with luxurious sheets. The owners have put a lot of thought into decorating and supplies. There is a fully equipped kitchen and we brought what we needed for breakfast. Coffee and coffee maker was provided. The hosts encouraged us to let them know if we needed anything.

− The only negative was the steps at the entrance to the apartment. I guess we are considered elderly and found the steps a little awkward.

Met Janet and Chris upon arrival, both were very pleasant. Janet went above and beyond and offered me a ride to the event I was attending downtown. Appreciate it!

− Overall, it was a good experience. Nothing I didn't like but next time I may try one of their other properties downtown.
