10.0This apartment is ideally situated just a short walk from the town centre and with convenient parking close by in the Ram Meadow car park, which costs £4 per full day. The apartment is spacious and very smart, and with lots of ornaments, pictures etc. feels more like a home than a holiday let. Our visit coincided with the recent heatwave and we were able to survived the hot weather thanks to a combination of open windows and the thoughtfully provided floor fan - which really does a good job. From initial booking right up to our actual stay, communication with Kathryn was top class, including recommendations for pubs, restaurants and local attractions. With the overall quality of the apartment and its perfect location, we would certainly use it again as our accommodation of choice in Bury St Edmunds.

It was a pleasure to come "home" to this well-appointed and comfortable flat; a superb location!
9.0The flat has a fantastic location and is very comfortable, even luxurious, for the price. We loved the kitchen/dining area with its good lighting and great cooking and laundry facilities.
− The bedroom is also very comfortable, though during Bury's summer heat wave, suffered a little from poor air circulation. This is not something that the host can do much about--it's just a product of the season.

7.0Spacious clean apartment that was conveniently close to Ram Meadow long stay car park and the town centre.
− The secondary glazing meant the apartment was warm, but it didn't keep the noise of the traffic out from the busy road on which it was situated. This wouldn't be a problem if you are used to traffic noise or are a deep sleeper.
