9.0Excelente espacio y una super terraza con viatas al mar. Un solarium donde poder observar la puesta de Sol que en El Cotillo es espectacular.

10.0Moderne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Sichtgeschützter Balkon mit Abendsonne, toll! Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge direkt auf der Dachterrasse. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe via Box und WhatsApp. Parken vor der Tür oder Tiefgarage. Nachts sehr ruhig, Schlafen mit offener Balkontür möglich. Wir kommen wieder.

4.0Location is excellent. Good appliances throughout. Roof top terrace is great. Pool is very good. Communal spaces are clean & well maintained. Communication with the agency was timely & very good.
− The whole place needs properly cleaned. The towels, tea towels & bed linen were awful; mis matched, old, holed & hard. Mattress (2 individual mattresses on a double base) is poor. Too thin & bigger than the base. Pillows are lumpy & very uncomfortable. Outside furnishings are tired and need replaced. There are no english language channels on the TV’s. Internet/wi-fi speed & coverage poor. Lack of information in the property eg Internet password, dealing with refuse, local recommendations

8.0Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse und die Nähe zum Meer sind perfekt.
− Die Unterkunft war nicht ganz sauber. Die Lichtschalter waren speckig-dreckig. Und es waren immer mal wieder kleine Ameisen zu Besuch in der Küche und auf den Nachtschränken im Schlafzimmer

1.0− Eine Stunde vor Check in hat uns die Unterkunft storniert aufgrund eines kaputten Bettes. Wir standen da mit einem kleinen Kind das seit 4 Uhr wach war und einem riesen Lebensmitteleinkauf. Nach langer Recherche haben wir keine entsprechende Unterkunft in dem Ort oder in der Nähe finden können da alles ausgebucht war. Wir sind dann 25km zu einem größeren Ort gefahren und haben uns dort für zwei Nächte in einem schrecklichen All Inklusive Hotel eingecheckt. Die nächsten zwei Tage waren wir damit beschäftigt eine geeignete Unterkunft zu suchen. Letzt endlich haben wir zwei Tage und 600 € Mehrkosten verloren.
