10.0The host was very responsive to our inquiry. Great location; loved the deck and view. Loved the oatmeal, bars, coffee and tea left provided for breakfast. Would stay again for sure.

− Kirchen Part very limited. Host was rude. As I called her after my landing ( flight was delayed) and asked for the next supermarkets as there was no single water in the freezer and a recomendation for a taxi company she talked very unfrienfly to me. „It was 9 pm, she was sleeping and why I would call. She is renting an Appartement nothing more.“ Very helpfull… Also would it good to know in advance that there is no Airport Taxi without prebooking. When a treveller arrives from far away ( Europe) he appreciates getting some informations espacielly if its known that the guest has no car. Checkout 7 am is also hard…

5.0It was in a nice location
− when I try to get the pin for the door, she kept telling me to go online, but didn't tell me I had to fill out and sign a short term rental contract to get it. As we were tired, it was frustrating to try to figure out how to find the pin. The Jacuzzi tub did not work and there was not enough of hot water to even fill the tub that was the main reason I got this room.
My husband and I stayed two nights in the lovely suite on Kodiak Island. I would recommend.
9.0The property is a downstairs suite in a larger building. There was a sign but it was a little hard to find. I seemed to have misplaced the paperwork for the property and had to call the host to get the code. She responded quickly. The view was nice and it was centrally located as long as you have a car. Downtown Kodiak was not readily walkable from the room.

10.0I was in Kodiak to meet a friend and her family, whom I had not met. It was great to have my own space as well as to have a friend or two visit. I had no personal contact with the host, but our contact was sufficient!
