Overall, we loved our time in Panama. Lacked a functional kitchen for a long term rental.

Loved the location and the ocean view from the deck. Plenty of bars/restaurants in the neighbourhood. Felt safe and welcomed. Ocean boardwalk was a highlight. Building amenities were appreciated - fitness centre and pool area. Staff were friendly and personable. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and liked the size of the couch Melody was very attentive to our requests any day or time of the week - power outages, door lock failure, no wifi, dental emergency, etc. We were able to walk everywhere - groceries close by. Uber is reasonable, when needed.

− The lack of a functional kitchen was the biggest negative; especially since we were a long term guest. Oven did not work. Stove top burners were not all functional. Kitchen was too dark - improper lighting - one light was broken. Not enough dishware/cutlery. Felt like a mixture of unwanted leftovers - like a second hand store. An air fryer does not replace a stove. Unable to prepare a full meal at one time. The apartment needs to be refreshed; looks tired and old. Couch cushions/pillows are stained; poor painting; dirty wall vents; cabinets don't close; really dirty around/behind the stove and hood fan. Stepped on broken glass on floor under kitchen table. Need instructions for long stays on where to take garbage, recycling. Tenant was made responsible to supervise repairs to the apartment (new entry door lock) and to clean up after the contractor left.

Apartament był duży i przestronny — to jedyny plus.

− Reszta zdecydowanie na minus. Mieszkanie ma już swoje lata, szafki i szafy nie domykają się, brakuje podstawowych sztućców (np. łyżeczek). Apartament jest przeznaczony dla 5 osób, a talerzy było tylko na 4 osoby. Na ścianach widoczne były plamy, a dodatkowo nie było internetu. Wymeldowanie mieliśmy o godzinie 11:00. Rano wyszliśmy na spacer, a chwilę po godzinie 10:00 nie mogliśmy już wejść do apartamentu. Nie dało się skontaktować z osobą odpowiedzialną za mieszkanie — nie odbierała telefonu i do dziś nie oddzwoniła ani nie odpisała na wiadomości. Do środka weszliśmy dopiero po godzinie 11:00, kiedy przyszła pani sprzątająca. Nie polecam. Szkoda wydawać ponad 230 dolarów na taki standard.

La ubicación del lugar es la mejor, nuestro apartamento estaba en un piso 57 y las vistas en cualquier momento del dia era geniales. Todo el equipo de asistencia fue profesional y eficiente. La limpieza del apartamento impecable y las camas muy comodas.

− Evaluar opcion de hacer mas accesible la posibilidad de early checking.
