− No hot water available , Bedbugs in the bed and chairs, Wifi not strong enough Smelly duvet and no Netflix. Bathroom finishing not good.

− I was disappointed to find that although the premises advertised that there was a bar, on arrival we were told that it didn't exist. On our first night there were two power cuts, the standby generator failed to start leaving the hotel in darkness. Could have been a major problem in the event of fire. I saw no emergency lighting. Personally I would rate it as 3 star rather than 4.
