10.0Beisides a very good location, I really liked the design of the apartment. It's not your typical Ikea rental apartment and it seemed that the owners have put extra effort in the interior design. No plastic furniture on the terrace but stylish wooden canvas chairs, or the couch with unusual design and color but still very comfortable to sit on. Also the wooden wall elements accentuated the minimalist design.
− Maybe a vacuum cleaner would be good for longer stayes.

2.0Die Waschmaschine und die Matratzen waren in Ordnung.
− Wer Erholung sucht ist hier falsch. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafen, sie fliegen bis tief in die Nacht. Das gesamte Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schritt, die Stühle sind nicht mit irgendeinem Schutz vetsehen- so das man das Rücken der Stühle im gesamten Haus von oben nach unten hört. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr mangelhaft- die Kaffeemaschine fehlte komplett- kam aber nach einer Anfrage. Die Liegestühle auf der Terrasse sind maximal für Kinder geeignet . Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist derart dreckig, das man sich nur mit untergelegtem Handtuch darauf setzen mag. Aber das schlimmste sind die Bädern,Fotos fügen ich an. Die Duschen sind ekelhaft schmutzig und schimmelig. Frage mich wie die vorherigen Bewertungen zustande gekommen sind. Insgesamt kann man sagen- keine Ruhe- an Schlaf ist wegen der Hellhörigkeit und mangelnder Rücksichtnahme, Fluglärm nicht zu denken. In der Mappe vor Ort wurden Preise genannt, die zum Beispiel ein kaputtes Glas ,Teller etc. kosten wenn die kaputt gehen. Wenn absichtlich etwas zerstört wird,habe ich dafür Verständnis, aber für Gebrauchsgegenstände, die kaputt gehen können,Geld zu verlangen finde ich dreist.

10.0The hosts Andrea and Barbara were so nice and helpful. They provided all the necessary information and were very responsive. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The location was also great, only 5-9 mins away from shops and restaurants.
