2.0− This property has gotten nothing but good reviews, however, I am not able to do the same. Upon arrival the apartment was overheated, smelled bad and the floor fans did not work. The heat was trapped for days/weeks and we could not get rid of it. I know that Germany was experiencing a heatwave, but the owners could have made sure that there was a way to cool the apartment down somewhat. The dishwasher still had the previous guests dishes in them and the kitchen sink was dirty. The bathroom shower was full of hard water calcium deposit and broken. I did venture into the basement to do some laundry and it was very dirty and scary down there. Overall the house and stairway felt very neglected, that was our first impression. We left after one very "hot" night and moved into a air conditioned Hotel where we stayed for remainder of our vacation.

− Der schlüssel war leider etwas verbogen, sodass wir die eingangstür erstmal sehr schwer öffnen konnten. Erst nach dem richten und geradenpressen mit den schraubstock meines onkels konnten wir die wohnungstür problemlos öffnen.

− Im Erdgeschoss wohnen Menschen die am Silvesterabend sich wegen lauten Gesprächen um 19 Uhr beschwert haben. Es wurde auf Ruhestörung ab 22 Uhr hingewiesen und mit der Polizei gedroht.
Es war sehr schön, tolle Wohnung. Alles sauber und unkompliziert
