− Pedimos servicio de cuna para mí bebé y nos dijo que habría que abonar un extra de 10€ cuando llegamos al alojamiento era un parque cuna sin colchón una tabla y encima una mantita de terciopelo "Estamos en junio" no nos parece que un bebé dormir encima de una tabla sea lo mejor para su descanso ni nada le digo que no la vamos a usar porque esas no son condiciones para descansar nadie y me dice que aunque no la use se la tengo que pagar ! Y recibiendo insultos como grosera ect ect tuve que bloquearla de wassap , sus palabras son que esto no es un hotel si no un apartamento! ¿Ya por eso tiene que dormir un bebé en una tabla? Que poca empatia
