Beautiful relaxing place to stay

The location is fantastic. It's very quiet and peaceful. It was lovely to watch the swallows zooming in and out feeding their young. Spike the tripod cat is gorgeous - a real purr monster. The donkeys and pony were friendly and we wre surprised to see what I think was an egret on the pond. We bought some fresh eggs from the farm which was a bonus. It's perfectly placed to visit a number of National Trust properties. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. If we're coming back to the area we'll stay here again!

− Some of the details in the file were out of date e.g. WiFi codes and the speed wasn't great. A couple of trays to eat off would have been useful because eating perched on barstools wasn't a comfortable option for people our age ;)

Perfect stay for a wedding near Bodnant Gardens

Very cosy and well presented. All the stuff required was available and was perfect for staying whilst at a wedding. Our mother in law and son ended up joining us for a cosy stay and they loved seeing all the farm animals.

− Generally happy with all of the annexe and nothing really to dislike. Has two small steps inside (lounge to bedroom, bedroom to shower) which is part of the charm and house layout. We noticed them more as a trip hazard as we were moving around with an 8-month old. However we werent meant to be bringing him along so if he wasnt there we wouldnt have noticed them at all.
