Das Haus liegt direkt am See und ist ein schönes Haus sehr komfortabel Über grosser Fernseher in der unteren Etage Der persönliche Kontakt war sehr nett Gerne wieder

− Die versprochene Tischtennisplatte war leider nicht vorhanden Ein Fernseher in der oberen Etage wäre schön gewesen

Comfortable house in a great location

The location is great for exploring the local area, lots of great walking trails and you can hire canoes and paddle boards from the local water sports centre a.short walk from the house. Olofström itself has lots of good amenities. The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The outside space was also lovely.

− It would be even better if bedding and towels are included, we travelled from England via plane and train, with minimal luggage, which meant the bedding and towels took up a lot of luggage space.

Nice house with poor hosting & communication

Bright living room & kitchen. Proximity (short walk) to lake & canoe rental. Walking paths on lakeshore.

− Failure by hosts to communicate the need to bring your own bedsheets, linen & towels - against what the images of the object suggest and without mention in the object description. In an attempt to help fix the situation we were met with passive aggressive communication in a highly unprofessional manner (educating us on the 'standard' in Sweden and where on AirBnB (?!) the need to bring linen is stated). No acknowledgement that the information was not provided with our booking via booking.com. Just upon expiry of the cancelation/refund deadline we were informed that the fireplace may not be utilized (not a biggie, but then consider not making that a key sales point in the object description). The dishwasher was obviously not serviced and dysfunctional. Hospitality looks and sounds different and we can unfortunately not recommend staying here.
