L'alloggio è confortevole e si trova in una posizione comodissima per spostarsi all'Argentario e verso Punta Ala... Dalla casa si ha una vista sul golfo di Talamone, che è meraviglioso. Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario. Ritorneremo!

Ruhe und ein toller Ausblick von der Terrasse

Die Lage der Wohnung im 2. Obergeschoss ist hervorragend! Man hat eine tolle Terrasse mit fantastischem Ausblick und ganz viel Ruhe! Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, aber hat alles, was man braucht. Das Bad liegt eine Etage tiefer als der Rest der Wohnung! Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

− Das Bett könnte besser sein, vielleicht bequemere Sitzmöglichkeiten oder Sitzkissen für die Terrasse, aber der Ausblick ist das Beste!

Kurzer Zwischenstopp am Meer

Der Blick aufs Wasser ist wirklich traumhaft. Lage zum Ort ist gut. Der Ort selbst hat nicht viel zu bieten, daher haben wir uns selbst versorgt. Die Wohnung ist recht gut ausgestattet, u.a. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Das Bett war wiedererwartend bequem, die Klimaanlage war sehr gut! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gut erreichbar.

− Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Einrichtungsgegenstände sehr abgewohnt und könnten mal erneuert werden, Z.B. Wäscheständer, Tisch und Stühle auf dem Balkon. Das Badezimmer ist in der unteren Etage, eine sehr schmale Treppe führt in den Wohnbereich. Einen größeren Koffer bekommt man nicht in den Wohnbereich aber unten ist ein Kleiderschrank. Im Badezimmer wären Ablageflächen schön. Der Parkplatz ist eher schwierig zu nutzen, mit mehreren Versuchen einzuparken ging es dann.

Schöner Ausgangsort, um die Maremma zu erkunden

Gut eingerichtetes Appartement auf zwei Ebenen mit Küche und Balkon. Self-Check-in ging ohne Probleme. Schöner Blick auf den Hafen und Talamone. Der Ort ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

− Im Erdgeschoss roch es etwas muffig.
