Best place to go in Varkala
10.0Good people, good vibe, close to the beach and the cliff. Everything is close by and if you need any help they will help you. I really enjoyed my stay and had a wonderful experience.

10.0Perfect place for a workation! The high-speed Wi-Fi made work smooth, and I loved the community kitchen for cooking. The garden with plenty of hammocks was great to chill out, and I even got to meet other travelers – the social vibe was amazing. Special thanks to Pintu ji for helping me with everything I needed. The property is also very close to the main beach, which was super convenient

10.0My experience to stay here was very good. I came for the workation & didn't face any problem. Wifi works very well & they also have homely food which made my stay more comfortable . In the evening, it was a ritual to go for the sunset walk with everybody there & the host also took all of us to a nearby temple and introduced us with the local culture. I can recommend this place to all travelers :)

9.0Felt like home and peaceful. Well maintained. Hosts Pintu and Raman bhai are the best. Great Raman Bhai has started thehostelstories in Varkala, Dharmshala and Bir Biling. So I will be travelling to Bir in Oct or Nov to stay at Raman Bhai's Hostel only. Sukra Khadiya, he makes really tasty food. I stopped spending money for food outside. I made Hyderabadi Dum Biryani too.

We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 4 people. In case of a group of 4, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Hostel Stories Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
We have provided the lockers for your valuables, please carry a small padlock if you want to use lockers or you can buy one from reception.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
