OK overall, and excellent location, but I'll look for alternatives next time I'm in HW.

− Mediocre quality of fixtures and fittings, amateurish standard of finishing. Very uncomfortable sofa, and sitting room far too hot (heating controls unresponsive). Rainfall shower poorly fitted and maintained, floods the whole bathroom and can't be used. Poor management: I arrived late at night and was initially given access to the wrong property, and I disturbed the people who had rented it. They were already in bed.
The host is very attentive.

Misleading photos - cramped and uncomfortable cheap furniture

− Was not as advertised in photos - photos were misleading showing large sitting area with patio doors and a bath in bathroom and big bedroom. The reality was very different. Tiny bathroom with shower and hardly any room. The bedroom was crapped with double bed just fitting in. The bed looked like someone had just got out of it and when I sat on it it felt awful so no way was I getting a good night sleep. The sitting/dining/kitchen was small- sofa/tv area in corner - not at all suitable for a long break. When I messaged owner and showed the photos that led me to book, I got no reply at all. I booked a Airbnb in Marlow and left the property
