10.0We had such a wonderful experience with this accommodation. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and only realised quite late at night — which could have been a very stressful situation. However, they went above and beyond to help us. Despite the late hour, they made the effort to find alternative accommodation for us and ensured we had somewhere comfortable to stay. Their generosity and willingness to help truly meant so much to us. It’s rare to find such understanding and accommodating hosts who genuinely care about their guests’ wellbeing. We are so grateful for their support and would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for not only a great place to stay, but also exceptional service and kindness. Thank you again for turning what could have been a disaster into such a positive experience!
