− The shower - we had a full house staying for jujitsu seminar - I would highly recommend changing the bath taps to a shower mixer so this can also be used

8.0Lovely home, we loved the stay. It's very spacious as well. Kids loved running around the house. The home was clean. The towels and blankets were placed lovely, too. Other than that one room, the entire house was clean, and the beds were comfy. Also, we were really worried after seeing that one review, but actually, the entire home was lovely. We would happily stay here again if we were in the area next year.
− Just one room had damp/ mould this was due to the roof having a leak. Have let them know of this and they said they would look to fix this. This is the only short comings from the weekend.

4.0Location was good , short walk into Sunderland city centre …. Great for football days or visiting friends or family .
− No hot water on arrival , no lid on the kettle , mugs and oven was dirty and there was a dirty towel hanging over the stairwell bannister .
