No volvería. Muchísimas cosas que mejorar.
5.0Lo único aceptable fue la ubicación, que es excelente, junto a la calle más comercial de Ushuaia
− Pésima la recogida de llaves: no había nadie en las instalaciones del apartamento, por lo que hay que ir tres o cuatro cuadras más allá a por ellas, a un supermercado. Cuando llegas, en mi caso a las 12:00 am, me dicen que no está la persona encargada y que vuelva a las 15:00 (al menos pude dejar el equipaje). Me tocó estar deambulando por la ciudad bajo una lluvia torrencial y tras más de 25 horas de viaje (Madrid - Buenos Aires - Ushuaia). Empatía cero. Y el apartamento: ¡moqueta en la habitación! Mejor no recordar ni pensar de qué eran las grandes manchas que tenía. Necesita una gran remodelación. Dos últimos detalles: perdí una cosa y fui a preguntar por si se me había caído al dejar el equipaje y la encargada poco menos que me insinuaba que la estaba acusando de habérselo quedado, cuando sólo pregunté si estaba allí. Y la factura... aún la estoy esperando. Por cierto, Ushuaia está exenta del pago del IVA, por lo que no se puede solicitar su devolución para extranjeros. Eso sí, te piden que, cuando te vayas, te lleves la basura que hayas generado, ¿dónde? Pues te toca buscar. Es la primera vez en mis cientos de viajes que me piden algo así.
Estadía agradable y cómodo
9.0La ubicación es excelente, el deparmento es amplio cómodo cuenta con 2 habitaciones una con cama de dos plazas y la otra camas individuales, dos baños uno en suite ese es un poco frío , pero yo usaba el otro, cocina comedor con todo lo necesario. Mi estadía fue muy placentera, volvería a elegirlo
− Es incomodo el retirar las llaves tendría q estar en el lugar se complica un poco para el viajero trasladar las valijas por las calles de Ushuaia, tienen las oficinas a 4 cuadras aproximadamente.

Mucho frío al principio y después, una calefacción de regulación imposible. Lejanía del anfitrión.
3.0Ubicación buena. Llaves a recoger en un local a 6 cuadras de distancia. Solo contactos con anfitriones mediante WhatsApp y en horas laborables
− Sin calefacción durante las casi 24 horas iniciales (interior gélido). Oficialmente porque las llaves de paso de la calefacción central estaban cerradas (la disculpa: no debía estarlo)
De volver a Ushuaia no tengo ninguna duda que volvería a este departamento, por la ubicación, la comodidad, estar en ple
