Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile a gestire la prenotazione in base alle esigenze del cliente. Gli appartamenti sono nella centralissima strada nuova, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi anche dalla stazione. Aria condizionata presente e molto potente.
