Perfect for a Quiet Family Stay
10.0Perfect location for a relaxing family stay just outside of Anchorage. A trek up the hill to find it, but nicely outside of the bustle and noise. Close access to Chugach hiking areas. . All the basics for simple cooking. Convenient laundry. Bathroom and bedrooms are simple, comfortable, and tidy. Blackout curtains helped us get a good night's sleep even with the midnight sun. Easy to connect to Wi-Fi with limited cell coverage in the area. Great view of the water and overlooking the city from the living room and deck. Kids loved watching boats and planes from the deck!
− Not a negative, but note that the rental is an above-garage apartment accessed by a flight of stairs. Homeowners are present in the main house. This didn't impact our stay, but it wasn't clear in the listing.

9.0You can't beat the view!!! Relatively quiet, hot showers and beds were comfortable...always a winner 🏆 About 15 to 20 minutes away from restaurants.
− We were here for a 3 night stay and were respectful of the property. Would have left the property in the condition that we did normally. With the amount of $ that we paid for the cleaning fee, I was very disappointed that you had us stripping the beds and taking out the trash.☹️
