7.0The villa was lovely. Very well decorated. The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were nice and clean.The staff responded to messages.
− The air con did not pump out cold air. When this was reported, an engineer was sent. They did not fix it and advised it was working. It was not as the other rooms were fine apart from that one. The sofa was broken, and I can understand these things can happen, but I feel we should have been informed. The garden furniture could be updated.

− La casa tiene una equipación básica sin calidad ni personalidad. Pequeño electrodomésticos viejo y defectuoso, sofá roto.,faltaba una puerta de un mueble de la cocina. Mobiliario exterior viejo y defectuoso.

9.0A casa em si era espectacular! Bem localizado e local de paz .
− Tinha algumas coisas danificadas ou em mau estado , sofra quebrado e sujo , o teto cheio de fita cola , cadeiras com carvão queimado , e as paredes a saírem a tinta , queríamos ter usufruído da piscina mas estava suja
