− el olor a marihuana en el edificio era terrible. TODOS LOS DIAS A TODA HORA
Not bad but not sure it's worth $2000 a week
5.0The locations very convenient for local transport links and is very close to Central Park with plenty of places for food and drink nearby. The apartment/studio itself was reasonably clean with no major issues and there was enough room between the bed and kitchen area to move around comfortably without tripping up on anything.
− The photos on the property listing are a little misleading, suggesting that the apartment might've been bigger. The fridge was still broken when I went (doesn't keep things cold) and the light in the living room/bed room side of the studio was broken.

8.0Sehr kleines und gemütliches Apartment. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, sodass man sich mal was kochen konnte. Das Bett war bequem. Gute Nähe zur Subway-Station um Richtung Downtown zu fahren. Ein Block entfernt viele Restaurants und entspannte Bars.
− Leider hat der Kühlschrank nicht richtig gekühlt. In der Wohnung war es sehr warm und wir haben keinen Weg gefunden die Heizung niedriger zu stellen. Im Flur roch es teilweise intensiv nach Marihuana.

7.0Kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro ja paahdin kaikki toimivia. Vuode yllättävän mukava. Sijainti kiva ja varsin hyvien liikenneyhteyksien varrella. Paljon edullisia ruokapaikkoja ja pieniä lähikauppoja muutamassa lähimmässä korttelissa. Yllättävän rauhallinen, sijaitsee asuintalossa. Kaikkineen puutteetkin huomioiden ihan OK hintaan nähden.
− Matka ajoittui marraskuulle ja ilmojen viilennyttyä oli huoneisto hyvin kylmä aluksi. Onneksi oli paksu täkki ja varapeitteitä tarjolla. Kun kiinteistön lämmitys alkoi toimia oli kyllä lämpöä enemmänkin kuin olisi ollut välttämätöntä. Asunto on kulahtanut, ja suurin puute rikkinäinen (ei viilenee kunnolla) jääkaappi. Ruoka säilyi paremmin vetoisella ikkunalaudalla.

− La cama es muy incómoda, el baño y las ventanas necesitan reforma. La nevera no enfría y algunas comidas se nos estropearon. Encima, presión constante para saber nuestra hora exacta de llegada.
