− La bomba de agua hace ruido. Para alguien con sueño ligero puede ser un problema. Pero nosotros apreciamos la presión del agua muy buena para la ducha.

Quiet neighborhood but lack of maintenance, high pitched noise from the water pump were deal breaker

Location was in a neighborhood yet just off the main roads to the various areas of David. 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath was nice since we had 4 people staying at the property. On site parking behind a locked gate was also nice to have. Good AC in the main living area and 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

− We like to cook at home half the time we are at our accommodation and that provided difficult. Kitchen pots and pans were poor with 1 frying pan and one pot (non stick failed on both) but the single lid did not fit either one. Microwave popped the breaker on the power strip unless power level was turned down. No bakeware so we were not able to use the oven. There is a water pump outside the kitchen the runs anytime water is used by us or the duplex tenant that is attached to the unit. This pumps makes a high pitched whine that is annoying and constant throughout the day and night. The only shower had a failed rain shower head. Maybe 5% of the water comes out the rain shower holes and the rest spills randomly around the outside so showers were a challenge trying to chase the main water coming out around the edges. The couch had a blanket over the cushions but that did not help the metal springs that are just under the surface making sitting very uncomfortable. I turned the cushion over and that helped. There also were several areas of water damage in the ceiling and the one in the kitchen leaked when it rained. Overall the property needs some repairs and maintenance upgrades that would bring it back to a good rating. There is a lot to like but the shortcomings overshadowed the good so I would not stay again unless the issues had been addressed.

Es Perfecto! El nombre hace justicia al apartamento, es un lugar espectacularmente bello, cada espacio y habitación fueron diseñados cuidadosamente para que te sientas como en un hotel 5 estrellas siendo una casa. La cocina es inmensa, equipada con todo lo necesario y más, desde licuadora hasta olla arrocera,no te preocupes por sartenes, cucharas,vajilla en general, nada, solo debes llevar los alimentos y especias porque los utensilios ya están. Desde la entrada quedé maravillada, sin duda volvería a alquilar a ojos cerrados, la atención de la Sra. July también fue muy amable y coordial.
