− The spa was great but needs some tlc, the steam room smells of drains and not eucalyptus. The outdoor spaces looked great but needs new furniture. A sofa in the bedroom would be good.

8.0Posizionata molto bene per visitare l’isola di Mull, camera spaziosa e pulita,letto molto comodo, saponi e creme di ottima qualità a disposizione. Il ristorante presente all’interno della struttura è una buona soluzione per la cena ma è super consigliata la prenotazione in anticipo!
− Essendo su più piani e con diverse rampe di scale la mancanza di ascensore si fa sentire specialmente se si hanno valige grosse

10.0The staff at the reception is really friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was brilliant. The room was nice and cosy. We even saw a stag wandering outside of the window. The hotel was really close to the ferry terminal. Will definitely come back!

− that there are no lifts and we had to go down and up to our room on multiple stair cases with big suitcases
