Läget. Mycket nära beläget i Borgholm intill Storgatan med restauranger, krogar och nattklubbar. Inte speciellt långt till Coop. Enkelt att komma in med kontakt med värden ang portkod mm då de bor i huset intill.

− Städning. Hade gärna betalat för städningen. Saknades vattenkokare. Man får ha med sig allt inkl toapapper. Lite trångt för 4 vuxna. Men det går för en helg. Mycket ljud från intilliggande krogar med hög musik.

Fräsch lägenhet med allt man behöver. Bästa läget centralt i Borgholm. Nära till båda bra bageri och ICA och Coop.

− Trots AC blir det väldigt varm på loftet. En golvfläkt gör inte så stor nytta när det redan är varmt.
