− La zona piscina andrebbe leggermente migliorata, andrebbe fatta una disinfestazione dalle zanzare, i phon nelle stanze andrebbero sostituiti con qualcosa di più moderno

7.0Appartamenti molto carini e dotati di quasi tutto,scarsi i prodotti per il bagno,la cosa che proprio non mi è piaciuta è stata la mancanza di un prato,capisco la tenuta grande,ma almeno intorno alla piscina,era ormai quasi tutto fieno e questo portava un calore maggiore, peccato

7.0Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war gut und die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Obwohl es sehr heiss war, haben wir immer einen Schattenplatz gefunden.
− Es hatte im Freien ausserordentlich viele Fliegen. Diese haben unsere Ruhe gestört.

10.0Eccellente l'accoglienza; i gestori della struttura sono molto gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort; aria condizionata efficientissima ed elettrodomestici - grandi e piccoli - nuovissimi. Dal porticato antistante l'appartamento, dotato di tavoli e sedie, si gode di una splendida vista sulla campagna circostante. Anche la piscina, circondata dal prato e delimitata da alberi e siepi, è ottimamente integrata nel territorio. In 15 minuti si arriva a Capalbio e in circa mezz'ora si raggiunge il mare.
