9.0Great communication by owner. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and restaurants. Nice big windows and decor.
− I misunderstood that there wasn't an elevator to the room. I have mobility issues and it was difficult for me to walk up a flight of stairs. We experienced a minor toilet leak. Really appreciated how the owner handled it. He communicated very timely.

− The main king size bed is amazing but the futons are less comfy, which left some of our party feeling less happy about their stay. My night was however perfect ;)

8.0The location is very convenient. It is close to bus stops and subway stations. There are lots of restraunrants nearby. You can use the kitchen downstair for simple breakfast.
− The curtain in the room is too thin and the sunshine was too good from ~5:30am in May.
