Era muy cómodo y céntrico, estaba limpísimo y nuestra estancia fue muy agradable.

− Nos costó un poco encontrar la entrada con las indicaciones proporcionadas; no vimos a nadie del personal ningún día (nos dijo que estaba de vacaciones).

Localização excelente, próximo ao centrinho, lojas e pontos de ônibus principais. O local é pequeno, mas aconchegante, silencioso e confortável. Vale bastante a pena.

− O atendimento é completamente robotizado. Pegar a chave no local diverso não foi um problema, mas localizar a entrada do prédio e o próprio apartamento foi um desafio. Um viajante menos experiente teria sérios problemas. Não há informações pela host que o apartamento é no quarto andar, então você acaba tendo que ficar procurando. Cheguei a mandar mensagem pedindo ajuda, nunca fui respondido.

Ótimo apartamento.

O apartamento possui uma boa localização e um tamanho adequado para um casal. A cama é confortável, a água quente e o aquecedor funcionam bem (muito importante para quem vai no inverno). Super recomendo.

− O único ponto negativo que destaco é a necessidade de ter que pegar a chave do apartamento em outro local (uns 300 metros de distância), o que é um pouco inconveniente no inverno, carregando malas.

La ubicación es muy buena

− No me gustó nada la recogida de la llave.porque llegamos de noche y no sabíamos donde quedaba. Casi nos quedamos afuera con 20 grados bajo cero. Sino ubiese sido por el remicero

Comfortable apartment close to the heart of Rovaniemi

+ Well-furnished and comfortable apartment + Excellent location, very close to the heart of Rovaniemi with restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby + Good public transport connections, with a bus stop to the train station, Santa Claus Village and the airport just around the corner + Excellent value for money

− - Pre-arrival communication felt quite strict regarding rules, check in times and fees/penalties - Minor issues such as difficulty finding the thermostat and stools that were not very stable

Our favourite accommodation during our trip to Finland!

Fantastic location; clean room; washing machine in the room for personal use; spacious room with a full kitchen and a balcony.

− No TV (there was a projector, but there was nowhere to project the screen - suggestions were the wall or ceiling, but these were not comfortable options for viewing from the bed - so we were unable to use this); not a lot of storage space in cupboards (storage spaces were predominately already in use).
