9.0- O anfitrião é muito gentil e responde rápido quando solicitado. - O quarto é ótimo, bem decorado, bem arejado tem ótima cama. Conta também com local adequado para pendurar roupas e colocar a mala, assim como com um local próprio para quem precisa utilizar notebook. Há até um ferro de passar roupas à disposição. O banheiro é enorme, o chuveiro é bom. Tudo extremamente limpo. - A cozinha fica à disposição dos hóspedes. - O bairro é tranquilo e nas imediações há restaurante, padaria, farmácia, "sacolão", bares etc.
− Não tenho nada a reclamar. Apenas uma observação: o acesso à acomodação é feito por meio de uma escadaria com muitos degraus; portanto, para pessoas idosas e/ou que têm dificuldades de locomoção, a subida pode tornar-se difícil.
