Lokalizacja, dogodny parking, wyposażenie kuchni , pralka , przestronność , ładny balkon

− Mieszkanie zasługiwało by na maksymalną ocenę , gdyby nie grzyb w łazience ( zagrzybiony silikon przy wannie koniecznie trzeba usunąć ). Brak bocznego oświetlenia w salonie , w sypialni lampka nocna tylko dla jednej osoby.
